Five nights timed to a single Tshechu — the Paro festival in spring, with the dawn unfurling of the great thongdrel and the cham dances in the dzong courtyard.

Six nights at the Punakha Drubchen and Tshechu — the reenactment of the 17th-century battle, followed by the dzong's own festival, at the most beautiful dzong in the kingdom.
The Autumn Circuit.
Paro · Thimphu · Bumthang
Eight nights that link the Thimphu Tshechu with the Thangbi Mani in Bumthang — two sacred festivals, two valleys, and the long drive across the Pele La between them.
